Villa Rodi offers a complete private-stay experience, combining generous space, a functional layout, and uninterrupted views over the sea and the mountain landscape. Arranged over three levels, it is designed to comfortably host families or groups seeking autonomy, privacy, and quality time.

With a total area of 180 m², the villa features four bedrooms and accommodates up to eight guests. The layout supports a natural flow between indoor and outdoor areas, while large openings allow light and views to remain a constant part of daily life.

Villa Rodi is also designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs at the living-room level, providing comfortable access and functionality in the main living areas.

Outdoor spaces are an essential part of the experience. The private pool, jacuzzi, and furnished terraces create an environment of relaxation and privacy, with views extending from the sea to the mountain.

Layout & Spaces — Villa Rodi

The villa is arranged over three levels and is designed to comfortably support guests with mobility needs at the living-room level.

Ground Floor
Three bedrooms are located on this level. The first includes a double bed (1.60 × 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom. The second includes two single beds (0.90 × 2.00) that can be joined to form a double, with exclusive use of a bathroom located outside the bedroom. The third bedroom has an independent entrance, does not connect internally with the others, and includes two single beds (0.90 × 2.00) that can be joined to form a double, plus an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the furnished private courtyard, garden, and the villa’s outdoor areas. A corridor with a washing machine is also located on this level.

First Floor (Main Entrance)
This level includes the living room with sofas and armchairs, an energy-efficient fireplace, and direct access to a furnished terrace, connected to the private pool and jacuzzi area.
Also on this level are the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight guests and a bathroom. The main entrance provides easy access from the parking area and supports accessibility needs.

Second Floor
The highest level hosts the fourth bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00), an en-suite bathroom, and a small private balcony with open views of the sea and mountain.
